Why Fit Aviators

Besides being a pilot, one of my biggest passions is to help others achieve their goals in living a healthy lifestyle. I have been fortunate enough to learn from the best personal trainers in the world (Tim Hartwig, Pete Bommarito and Billy Beck... just to name a few) and my goal is to combine my two passions to promote a healthier aviation industry.

While part of traveling is to explore different cities and different foods, a healthy lifestyle begins with balance. Just because you're making a change to be healthier, does not mean you can't enjoy these new tastings. However, it all comes down to the choices you make on what you eat, and using time wisely to exercise.  

We're here to deliver knowledge to help find your balance. No one else can choose for you. Only YOU have the power to make a change.
