Welcome to the Fitaviatorsclub Ultimate Airline Crew Workout Program! I am BEYOND excited that you’re ready to get started, and elevate your fitness journey! The “CREWMEMBER LIFESTYLE” creates many challenges that can hold us back from staying fit. This program is designed with workouts away from home as well as workouts at your home local gym. The workouts ON THE ROAD are designed to build muscle, increase stamina, and become agile with plyometrics. It’s all done with none, or little gym equipment you can find at your hotel. The workouts at HOME are designed to progress on specific muscle groups with the availability of more equipment and weights. This is a 12 WEEK PROGRAM with changes to the plan every 3 weeks. The changes will include different exercises, or same exercises with more intensity, and changes in volume and tempo. I designed this program with level of experience considerations. Not everyone starting this program is at the same level of fitness.Even if you don't have experience, this program will take you through the proper phases of training to obtain muscular strength, endurance, and reaction time. If you are more experienced you can always increase volume or decrease rest times depending on the phase of the program. There are many possibilities, but don't feel overwhelmed this program will guide you through the necessary basics and gain experience! You can do this program more than once and change the variables to challenge yourself in different ways!
